Community conversations about health, led in partnership with the people who live here. Residents bring what is affecting them, we bring information they can use, and the exchange shapes what we work on next.

❋ Community-Led Conversations

Residents bring the health concerns, experiences, and barriers that matter most to them, creating space for conversations grounded in true community needs.

❋ Health Information You Can use

We provide accessible and practical health education and resources, to help residents better understand the conditions affecting their families and communities.

❋ Dialogue That Builds Connection

Through open and respectful conversation, Third Ward and Sunnyside residents learn from one another and create a stronger understanding of local health experiences

❋ You Shape What Comes Next

What we hear in these conversations helps guide future programs, questions, and areas of focus, ensuring our work continues to respond to what the community identifies as most important.
